OCEANSTAR
♡like the moon cannot stop oceanic tide; but a hidden star can still be smiling at night's black spell on darkness; beguiling♡The flamepoint Leader nodded in respect to her approach. Oceanstar knew that the other Leader would never turn up without good reason. Riverclan had kept their distance to other Clans, mostly. However that being said; Butterstar had been able to work together with the other Clans and fight Bloodclan. Losing a life in the process of protecting Tallshadow. Probably because she knew the importance of strong Leaders as well. Bloodclan would return; they were enemies, for way too long. Enemies that she didn't turn her back on. She knew that as long as the Clans needed to work together; they would. However a war was always hidden in a small dark corner. One Warrior out of line and it could start a fight. Windclan's Warriors seemed to have a talent at that. It was quite embarrassing; did her Warriors not have any pride. As such she knew that she had to keep an eye on every single one of them. Wolfpaw was probably not the only one trying to go against her firm words. Besides that the worry for her smallest siblings made for a bit of a restless cat.
"You seem quite eager to invite me to your camp Oceanstar?" The other Leader noted. Pulling her ear, in a silent remark. It might have not be a smart thing to do, inviting a possible enemy to your camp. Though Oceanstar knew that Butterstar could find it; they had been there before. Just after she had given birth to her first litter.
"It is not as if you do not know where to find it, Butterstar." She meowed with a small smile upon her face.
"The last time we were at war, I remember that Riverclan managed to make its way into our Camp," She silently remarked; her voice warm without hatred. Windclan had been at wrong, there was no reason to hold it against the other Leader.
"If you were planning to fight with us; you would not have told your Warriors to respect us," She told the other Leader, knowing that Butterstar would pounce without warning if there had been a reason to fight.
"But ofcourse my patrol will stay respectful of the bounderies. Riverclan has never once in the journey lost their desire to be on their own. And with that we respect the borders and bounderies that we are not allowed to cross. Yet this meeting could not have waited till a full moon gathering." The flamepoint cat meowed. Oceanstar's blue eyes became alert, slightly worried. Hopefully the other Leader did not have horrible news to share.
"I am all ears, Butterstar." She meowed with a calm voice, her shoulders relaxed but clearly feeling the seriousness of the situation.
"First and foremost. Let me congratulate you with your new name. I trust the journey to Starclan went save and sound?" The flamepoint cat asked with a slight smile. Scanning the area behind her. It had been a journey Oceanstar would never forget. While the journey itself had been easy and without trouble. The news Starclan had shared with her about her mother's passing had been hard on her. Her lives however were received, like she should have.
"Thank you." She stated her voice calm and silent while her eyes teared up a little.
"The journey was like it should have been. No Rogues or Bloodclan; or any problems." She began, however there would be a huge
'but'.
"While I was travelling to the Moonstone, Icecloud died during kit birth. She is with Starclan now. I have two little sisters, they survived." The young Leader spoke softly; knowing that Icecloud and Butterstar seemed to be relatively close. Her blue eyes were pained; there was loss and gain for Windclan.
"I understand what you mean. We are supposed to be four or five Clans. If we count Starclan of course. We should follow the Warrior Code with pride," The younger Leader meowed her voice calm and powerful. It seemed that her visit to Starclan had changed her. However she knew she was worried about her Clan. They seemed out of line.
"A few of my Warriors seem to have trouble with following the rules. I am not sure how to get them back in line," The Leader mentioned seemingly tired. Of course with her mother's passing on her plate and her recent journey to the Moonstone the young Leader needed some time for herself. To keep herself from going insane with her emotions and thoughts. It seemed that her Clan knew nothing about respect and while Evergreen had been a great Leader most of the time, her Clan had started to lack the respect for a Leader. She might be young but her experience was well beyond her Moons.
"With Bloodclan still alive; all of us should prepare for an attack. I will give my life to keep my Clan alive. I know you would do so as well Butterstar." The Clanleader looked at her. Her eyes unwavering, a silent power in her body. A power that was ready to lash out if the other Leaders were as well. She would not allow Bloodclan to harm her Clan. Nor allow her Warriors to step out of line and harm her Clan. Her Clan would survive and she would do anything; even attack her own Warrior to teach it a lesson, to keep it safe.
