He had never expected to come back from the gathering and to find that Slatefur had been attacked by Sinclaw. The she-cat had barely been alive when she had been brought in and it had worried him, but she seemed to have pulled through, which was good news. He knew they had to do something about Sinclaw now, but he didn't want to act without preparing first. He knew that some cats didn't agree with that decision of his, but they shouldn't act rashly, that would probably lead to more deaths. He stepped out of his den, it was not just his sleeping place anymore after all. The clan was already coming alive in the early morning. He had already organized the first patrols yesterday, so he would only need to organize the other ones later today. It was good to see the clan starting their daily business, even with everything that had happened.

Well, there he was
a falcon among crows.

He couldn't bear it any longer, anger forcing his entire body to move. To rise early in the morning. To stay awake till long after the other apprentices went to sleep. The young tom was not one to raise his mouth to his elders. He was an angry little boy, but he kept his anger in, most of the times. Now though, now all was over and his eyes catched Acorndust, their deputy. His fur fluffed up as the white tom stepped towards his deputy. "So what are you gonna do huh!" He broke to the deputy right away. His eyes narrowing. "Tall isn't coming back, Sin left her brood here to ruin us from the inside out. What are you gonna do Acorndust." He hissed, his nails scraping the earth. "Are you gonna let them destory Shadowclan?"

He watched as some cats left the camp and others took a bit more time to start their day. His attention got grabbed by one of the apprentices before he could decide what he himself would do. He was a bit surprised by the fierce reaction of the apprentice, clearly asking him the question many hadn't dared to ask him yet. What was he going to do? He was definitely not planning on letting them destroy Shadowclan, that was something he was sure of. He was prepared to give his life for that if need be. "Of course I am not going to let them destroy us." Still the way Hoarsepaw was talking about Sinclaw's kits didn't sit right with him. "Do you really think Sinclaw's kits will help her?" He was quite sure Wolfpaw wouldn't and her last nest had been too young to really understand what happened. Of course he knew that that meant that they might be easily influenced, but that was something they could prevent. He waited for Hoarsepaw to answer before he would go on. He had ideas about what he could do, but none would be easy to carry out.
