Forever and evermore[Open|Eng]

_{The monster so big and lethal
Lead from it's inside by people
Came suddenly to a quick halt
Rubber legs screeched on the asphalt
The cat that had been taken
He could not help but feel shaken
Five days long had he been gone
Left to be the twolegs unwilling pawn
With no reason to ever be clarified
Those furless devils took away his pride
Now he was at their mercy still
Was this finally the moment of the kill
Two soft bangs were heard
Enough to scare away a bird
The warrior waited in his metal cage
He felt lost with no more fear or rage
And then the doors opened wide
He could take a glimpse from the outside
It looked familiar for a second
That couldn't be true he reckoned
His blue eyes view got blocked
By twolegs reaching while they talked
Hands grabbed the cage from the car
And oh, couldn't this all get more bizarre
As they lifted him outside he knew
This location was nothing new
Smouldertongue was home again
Wasn't it all getting more insane
They carried him a little bit more
To put the cage on the forest floor
He watched as a hand reached above
And then they released him like a dove
He waited for a second to see
Was it true and was he really free
When sure he didn't linger any longer after
The cat ran accompanied by their laughter
He ran and ran until he felt numb
He hoped to be safe from them
The lost Warrior looked silently around
As he stood on the cold but soft ground
He finally starting to realize it more
Smouldertongue was home forever and evermore
